Community Coach
Carol has been an Executive Director of Assisted/ Independent/Memory Support communities for 26 years. Carol loves to help people learn, especially about dementia. Carol began designing, programming and teaching people strategies for coming alongside loved ones. She served for 3 years on the LeadingAge Washington Board and is presently the Chairperson for the Assisted Living Cabinet for LeadingAge Washington. She is an instructor for DSHS education of Dementia, Mental Health, Fundamentals of Caregiving, and 150+ continuing education classes. She is also an instructor for the Assisted Living Academy for LeadingAge Washington.
Community Coach
Dave has been in the management of Assisted Living for 24 years as an Executive Director of both large and small, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. With more than 37 years of management, he emphasizes building teams and creating high standards. He serves on the board of LeadingAge Washington and has been a coach for the LeadingAge Washington Leadership Institute for 4 years. He is currently an instructor for DSHS education of Dementia, Mental Health, Fundamentals of Caregiving, and 150+ continuing education classes. He is also an instructor on the Assisted Living Academy for LeadingAge Washington.
